3. Personal data (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018, we process your personal data transparently and limit it to what is necessary.

Data collected
Via the contact form: name, email address, event type and the content of your message. Via the cookie banner: your choice (accepted/rejected), the date, the page concerned, your IP address and your browser. No sensitive data is requested.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact form data is used to answer your request and prepare a quote (consent, pre-contractual steps). Commercial cookie data is used, based on your consent, for audience measurement and commercial purposes; the consent record itself is kept under our legal obligation to be able to prove it.
Retention period
Requests with no follow-up are kept for 12 months; data linked to a contract is kept for the applicable statutory period. Proof of cookie consent is kept for 12 months from your choice, or until you change it.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to bonjour@be-inside.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.

4. Cookies

This site uses technical cookies required for it to function, as well as, subject to your consent, audience-measurement and commercial cookies (traffic analysis, improving our services, targeted advertising), within the limits set by the GDPR. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject these non-essential cookies; you can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice, the date, the page concerned and technical connection data (IP address, browser) are kept on our servers as proof of your consent, for the duration set out in point 3.
