We select, train and supervise our staff ourselves. The same faces return from one event to the next, which keeps the level of service consistent.
As your guests’ first contact with the event, our welcome team ensures a smooth and polished entrance, whatever the number of participants.
Experienced maîtres d’hôtel, waiters and bartenders, used to formats from seated dinners to standing cocktails for several hundred guests.
Our technical teams handle set-up, operation and breakdown, working directly with our sound, light and video partners.
A dedicated lead runs the flow of the day, resolves the unexpected and connects every supplier present.
How we provide staff for your event
Already organising your event yourself and only need staff? We also work on staffing alone.
You give us the date, venue, guest count and roles to cover. We confirm feasibility within 48h.
We send you a costed team composition, with the number of people per role and the planned hours.
The team arrives briefed and in uniform. A lead on our side supervises the staff and remains your contact on site.

All our staff are briefed before every assignment on the flow of the event, the guests and the specifics of the venue. We require neutral, polished attire, strict punctuality and absolute discretion. Those details, more than headcount, are what make the difference at an event.
